The vast majority of states in the USA permit citizens to own Class III weapons...within certain restrictions. These laws vary from state to state and can be found accessing the BATF site.

As a Class III dealer located in Ohio we can sell machine guns, silencers, short-barrel rifles/shotguns and those items classified as Any Other Weapons (AOW) to private individuals and police departments. We sell and transfer Class III weapons to individuals and departments outside of Ohio as well. Private individuals outside Ohio may need the assistance of a Class III dealer in their state.
